Mahmoud H. AlSaqqa is the Gaza Programs Manager, where he provides strategic leadership for the organization's humanitarian, recovery, and development portfolio while overseeing programme implementation and operational coordination in Gaza. With more than 18 years of professional experience in humanitarian and development programming, he has held senior leadership positions with national and international organizations, including Oxfam and MA'AN Development Center.
His expertise spans strategic programme leadership, humanitarian response, market systems development, partnership management, donor engagement, organizational development, and operational management in complex and conflict-affected environments. Throughout his career, he has led multi-sector programmes, built strategic partnerships, mobilized resources, and strengthened institutional capacity to deliver sustainable and impactful interventions.
Mahmoud holds an MBA, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems, and a Professional Diploma in the Management of Civil Society Organizations. He is committed to advancing resilient, inclusive, and sustainable development for Palestinian communities through strategic leadership, collaboration, innovation, and locally driven solutions.
