The Welfare Association (Taawon) invites eligible institutions, organizations, companies, or joint ventures to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the implementation of awareness-raising activities under the Quality Urban Development and Sustainable Interventions – Rehabilitation for Revitalization (QUDSI-R4R) project in the city of Jerusalem.
The project is funded by the European Union, managed by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), and partially implemented by the Old Cities Revitalization Program (OCRP) of the Welfare Association.

Requests for Clarification
Any requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing via email to: [email protected]; no later than Sunday, 18 January 2026. Responses to all inquiries will be shared via the same email address on Thursday, 22 January 2026.
Submission Deadline
The deadline for submitting technical and financial proposals is Sunday, 25 January 2026, by hand delivery to the Welfare Association headquarters,

All costs related to advertisement and publication in newspapers or electronic platforms shall be borne by the successful bidder.
