With more than two decades of experience in project management and program development, complemented by an MSc in Infrastructure Engineering, Maha has a proven track record of successfully managing complex humanitarian and development projects funded by major international and UN agencies, including ECHO and the World Bank.
Serving as a Program Manager at Taawon since 2010, she has spearheaded multi-donor initiatives that delivered vital support in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment to marginalized families and orphans in the Gaza Strip. As a specialist in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), strategic planning, and capacity building, she has also driven public sector modernization by implementing key projects with the Palestinian Land Authority and the Land Administration Project, funded by the World Bank and the Government of Finland. Bridging her practical expertise with academia, she has contributed to educating the next generation of engineers as a lecturer at the University of Palestine's Faculty of Civil Engineering.
