Kifah Zuhour is Programs Manager for the West Bank Portfolio at Taawon – Welfare Association, where she leads program operations and portfolio strategy across the West Bank. She brings over 20 years of experience in program leadership and feminist development across Palestine, with senior roles in Palestinian and international organizations. Her career spans complex donor-funded portfolios, transformative program design, and partnerships with institutional donors, civil society, and grassroots organizations. Her work is grounded in gender justice, inclusion, protection, and rights-based approaches — always centering those most often left behind.
Kifah holds an MA in Gender and Development Studies and an MBA, both from Birzeit University. She served on the boards of several Palestinian civil society organizations, reflecting her enduring commitment to community-led change and to just, sustainable development.
