Osama Barahmeh serves as Head of Business Development and Management at Taawon. He brings over a decade of leadership experience in institutional development, strategic transformation, governance, and digital transformation within non-profit organizations.
Between 2012 and 2023, Osama led Taawon’s digital transformation efforts, serving as Head of Digital Transformation. During this period, he played a key role in building and modernizing the organization’s digital infrastructure, strengthening systems and data governance, and improving operational efficiency—laying the groundwork for more integrated and sustainable institutional practices.
In his current role, Osama leads institutional development initiatives that support Taawon’s strategic direction toward becoming a resilient, high-performing organization capable of achieving sustainable development impact in a rapidly changing environment. His work focuses on:
