The Old City of Jerusalem Revitalization Program (OCJRP)/Taawon in partnership with the Arab Culture Association have completed a core course titled “The Conservation and Management of the Built Heritage in Nazareth” with funding from the Arab Fund for Economic & Social Development.
Taawon participated in the Taqalid Festival in Santiago, Chile – the largest Palestinian community gathering in Latin America. The festival, held for the first time, aims to highlight Palestinian culture and to revive the soul of Palestinians in diaspora.
Taawon participated in a training workshop in India on the role of leadership and change and improving the professional skills of women. Suba Jarar, Bridge Palestine Program Manager, participated in the two-week workshop with other participants from all over the world.
The Representative Office of Poland in Ramallah celebrated their achievements in Palestine.
Taawon participated in Takaful 2017, the Sixth Annual Conference on Arab Philanthropy and Civic Engagement, "Philanthropy in Transition: Exploring the Paths to SDGs". The conference was held at the American University in Cairo.
